刻字机技术解答 Technical Support for Cutting Plotter 为什么刻出的字变形或不封口？ 1. why is the graph which was cut deformed or unclosed? 原因：Analysis: 刀压太大，或刀尖太长，或台面太脏（粘有即时贴残胶）或即时贴太软有气泡，使受压部纸面前后移动受到过大的阻力而变形并落后于卷纸轴的转动，造成字形失真和不封口； 1) blades pressure is large, or the part of blade which has surpassed the blade holder is too long, or the working area is too dirty which ( with gluey on) or vinyl is too soft, or bubbles embedded in vinyl. 软件设置不适当（如文泰，刀尖补偿未关闭且补偿值太大） 2) improper setting in software (for example, in Artcut software, the compensation is open and the value is too big) 小车皮带太松；或卷纸轴螺钉松动；或电机轴上齿轮松动，会使小车或卷纸轴不能准确地跟随电机动而造成字形失真和不封口。 3) too loosen of pulley belt, or screws of paper rolling stock are too loosen, or the pulley on the motor is loosen. 压纸器压力不均衡 4) pressure of pressing device is not even 电机丢步造成。 5) caused by lost step 字形不失真但不封口，是软件闭合补偿过小所致。 6) if the graph is not closed, it is caused by close compensation value in software. （7） 刀座内有异物，使刀旋转不流畅，要用酒精清洗。 7) the cutting tool does not rotate smoothly, for there is something in the blades holder, it should be cleared off by alcohol. 二 .为什么有时刻字机不能与电脑联机（不输出数据）？ 2. why in some cases, data can not be output from computer to cutting plotter. 原因：Analysis: 软件设置不正确，在输出时，选择的刻字机必需与自己所使用的刻字机统一，另外，所选输出端口是否与刻字机与电脑连接的端口一致。 1) improper setting in software, when output, model of selected machine device set in software should be the same as that of cutting plotter in use. 刻字机脱机灯没有熄灭，与电脑无法连接。 2) the “off-line” indicating LED on the controlling keyboard of cutting plotter is still lit, so the cutting plotter can not be input data from computer. 所用的数据线和刻字机不配套，或数据线出现断路，可用万用表测量。 3) the data transmitting line is broken or not configured with cutting plotter, which can be tested by multiple-use meters. 其它设备或软件正在占用电脑端口。 4) the interface of computer has been occupied by other machines or software. 刻字机主板接收芯片组（628128或89C52）出错。 5) the CMOS chip 628128 or 89C52 on mother board damaged. 三 .为什么会乱画？ 3. why cut disorderly?
