太阳能热水器智能仪设计 Design of the Intelligent Instrument of Solar Water Heater  太阳能热水器智能仪设计 [摘要] 当前能源紧缺，用电紧张，太阳能是绿色能源，得到广大用户的喜爱。但使用太阳能热水器时存在的问题却很多。不可缺水，上水不及时，空晒情况下上水会爆炸；春、秋，水温升高蒸发，造成热能损失；冬天水温不够Philips公司生产的P87LPC764BN芯片，是20脚封装的单片机，适合于要求高集成度、低成本的场合，采用80C51加速处理器结构，指令执行速度是标准80C51的两倍。使用HD74HC04P（六反向器）接成环形振荡器。使用220V 交流电源，功耗5W；水温数码显示，测温范围0~99 ℃，精度±2℃；水位分五档显示（缺水、20、50、80、100%）；具有缺水上水、温控上水、手动上水和低水压上水等功能。 水位设置；可设置加水水位20、50、80、100%（本仪预置水位50%）； 缺水报警。当水位从高到低，出现缺水状态时，蜂鸣报警，缺水指示。 关键词： 太阳能热水器 工作原理 传感器 静态扫描 动态扫描 Design of the Intelligent Instrument of Solar Water Heater [Abstract] Now as the shortage of the current energy and power, solar energy is to be like by the users as a green energy. When use of solar water heater ,there are lots of problems such as short of water, often get water untimely, explode in air drying circumstances, In spring and autumn, high water temperature increased evaporation, resulting in heat loss; in winter, the low temperature low can lead to more consume of electricity and trouble of operation. But if you use Intelligent solar heater device, it can allows the user to be reduced that worry. This paper is starting from age SC a practical, designing for the solar intelligent .The design use the P87LPC764BN chips, which is a 20-pin Pac M ,produced by Philips Company, it is suitable for high integration and low cost of occasions,80C51 speedup processor is adopted so that the speed of instruction execution is twice of the standard 80C51. Use HD74HC04P (Reverser 6) work as a ring oscillator. Use of 220V AC power supply, power consumption 5W; temperature digital display, temperature range from 0 ~ 99 ℃,± 2oC of accuracy ; five files showed the water level (lack of water, 20,50,80,100%); with functions of getting water when shortage、 controlled by temperature, by manual and low water pressure etc. Setting of the water level: water level can be set by adding water 20,50,80,100% (the instrument preset level can be 50%); Water alarm: When the water levels go
