特别策划·静脉治疗管理 Special Planning 肿瘤患者PICC导管相关静脉血栓形成 影响因素Meta分析 于瑞 陈利芬 [摘 要]  目的:综合分析肿瘤患者PICC导管相关静脉血栓形成的危险因素, 为预防PICC导管相关静脉血栓形成提供理论依据。方法:计算机检索Web of  Science、PubMed、Cochrane Library、OVID EBM Reviews、 CNKI、万方数 据、CBM及VIP,并辅以手工检索、文献追溯等方法收集符合标准的文献,采用 Stata 12.1软件进行合并分析。结果:纳入符合标准的文献6篇,合计样本量1277例, 其中血栓组253例,对照组1024例,血栓发生率为19.81%。Meta分析结果显示,化 疗史、糖尿病、高血压、COPD、活动量减少与PICC导管相关静脉血栓形成有关。结论: 化疗史、糖尿病、高血压、COPD、活动量减少是PICC导管相关静脉血栓形成的危 险因素。       [关键词]  肿瘤;经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管;静脉血栓形成              [中图分类号]  R47  [DOI]  10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2016.06.005 Risk factors of venous thromboembolism associated with peripherally inserted central catheters among cancer patients: a Meta-analysis / YU Rui, CHEN Lifen // Nursing Department, The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, 510080 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2016,16(6): 738-743 [Abstract] Objective: To analyze the risk factors of venous thromboembolism associated with peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) among cancer patients, and to provide theoretical basis for prevention venous thromboembolism associated with PICC among cancer patients. Methods: We searched the related papers from the Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, OVID EBM Reviews, CNKI, Wan Fang Databases, CBM and VIP. The Stata 12.1 software was used to conduct the meta-analysis. Results: Six studies were included in the study. The sample size was 1277 with 253 cases in venous thromboembolism group and 1024 cases in control group. The incidence rate of venous thromboembolism associated with PICC was 19.81%. Meta-analysis showed that the risk factors were history of chemotherapy, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and less activity.
