精品论文 参考文献 糖尿病合并肺心病患者的临床护理体会 孙淑萍（新疆若羌县人民医院 841800） 　　【摘要】目的 讨论分析糖尿病合并肺心病患者的临床护理心得。方法 从医院收治的糖尿病合并肺心病的所有患者中选取106例加以分析研究，根究所选患者的实际情况采取相应的护理措施进行干预治疗，时刻关注患者的病情变换，观察病情是否好转，准确测量患者的呼吸频率、血压值、体温值、脉搏频率以及血糖值，通过这些数值对临床治疗效果进行护理评价。结果 所选患者经住院治疗和有效的护理干预后生命体症逐渐趋向正常，与救治时相比病情有明显好转，具有统计学价值，（P＜0.01）。结论 对于糖尿病合并肺心病的患者，护理工作人员通过对疾病进行评估并根据疾病特点采取相应的护理干预措施，使得因糖尿病合并肺心病的死亡人数大大减低，合并症及并发症也有所减少，患者的生活质量有所提高。 　　【关键词】糖尿病合并肺心病 护理体会 　　【中图分类号】R473.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）47-0007-02 　　【Abstract】 to discuss the clinical nursing experience of patients with diabetes and pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 106 cases of diabetes complicated with pulmonary heart disease from all patients admitted to the hospital in search of the selected, the actual situation of patients and nursing intervention, always pay attention to the patients condition transformation, observe the condition is improved,accurate measurement of respiratory frequency, blood pressure patients, body temperature, pulse value frequency and blood sugar level, these numerical nursingevaluation of clinical therapeutic effect. Results: the selected patients after hospital treatment and effective nursing intervention in tends gradually to normal life,compared with the treatment significantly improved the condition, with statistical value,(P lt; 0.01).
