摘 要Abstract The establishment of the value chain theory system changed the pattern of competition between the enterprise and enterprise, beyond the quality, cost, competition, is the competition between the value chain and value chain. Working capital management goal and the value chain management goal is consistent, but the traditional working capital management pattern already can not adapt to the requirements of the value chain, we must attach much importance to the construction of working capital management framework, improve the content of working capital management, to the idea of working capital management, means innovation, build a modern management model of working capital, in order to maximize the enterprise value, increase efficiency of the business use of working capital. Based on value chain theory as the main line, through the analysis of home appliance retail chain enterprises represented by Su Ningyun business advanced experience in the management of working capital. The value chain theory of enterprise operating funds management system including concept, effect analysis, case analysis, manifests the enterprise working capital management is very urgent. At the end of this paper is summarized, put forward in this paper the shortcomings of the research process and the improvement direction.
