精品论文 参考文献 脑卒中后焦虑症患者治疗中综合心理护理的应用效果研究赵后美 绥芬河市人民医院 黑龙江绥芬河 157399 【摘 要】目的 研究综合心理护理对脑卒中后焦虑症患者的临床疗效。方法 71 例脑卒中后并发焦虑症患者，随机分为观察组37例和对照组36例。观察组患者应用盐酸丁螺环酮片并综合心理护理；对照组患者应用盐酸丁螺环酮片及常规护理，观察两组患者焦虑改善情况及患者对护理满意度。结果 干预前两组HAMA和HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt; 0.05）；干预3周后观察组HAMA和HAMD评分均低于对照组（Plt; 0.01）。结论 对脑卒中后焦虑与抑郁障碍患者实施心理护理干预，能有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪。 【关键词】焦虑；抑郁；心理护理 Abstract：Objective To study the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing on post-stroke anxiety patients.Methods Seventy-one patients with post-stroke coke were enrolled the patients were randomly divided into observation group（n = 37）and control group（n = 36）.Patients in observation group were treated with buspirone Hydrochloride Tablets and combined with psychological nursing care the patients were treated with buspirone Hydrochloride Tablets and routine nursing.The improvement of anxiety and nursing satisfaction。result The scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower in the two groups before intervention（Pgt; 0.05）.The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 3 weeks of intervention（P lt;0.01）.Conclusion：The post - stroke coke psychological care intervention in patients with depression can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients.
