工业工程毕业设计车轴生产线作业环境改善.doc

摘 要 在工业生活的组织中，工厂对工人的生理和精神状态的影响被忽视了。现代工业的基本概念是：以最低的成本获得最多的产出。现代工业发展起来了，却没有考虑操作机器的人的本质。工厂把一种人为的生存方式强加给工人们，却不顾及这种生存方式给工人及其后代带来的深远影响。 本课题作业环境改善的内容包括：照明环境改善、噪声环境改善、色彩环境改善、微气候环境改善和空气环境改善五个方面。 作业环境改善可以有利于提高作业者的工作效率，提升工业企业形象，同时它能够作为一项研究成为对工人们的身心健康十分有益的事业。 本课题研究的目标是对车轴生产线的作业环境改善。首先，对车间的作业环境进行了实地的考察，和必要数据的测量，并进行对工人进行能够反映出他们是否受到了影响的心理方面的调查访问和客观测试。接着，当测得足够可用的数据后，开始着重对车轴生产线的照明环境进行综合评价。最后根据对照明环境、色彩环境以及噪声环境的评价结果提出合理化改善方案。 关键词：作业环境改善，照明环境，色彩环境 ABSTRACT In the organization of industrial life the influence of the factory upon the physiological and mental state of the workers has been neglected. Modern industry is based on the conception of the maximum production at lowest cost. It has expanded without any idea of the true nature of the human beings who run the machines, and without giving any consideration to the profound effects produce on the individuals and on their descendants by the artificial mode of existence imposed by the factory. This task of operational environment improvement, which contains lighting environment improvement, noise environment improvement, colour environment improvement., microclimate environment improvement and atmosphere environment improvement. The operational environment improvement which would be benefit to improve the efficiency of working, to promote the impression of industry circle, and at the same time, it can became a study as a project which will do much good to the workers both mental and physiology health. the main objective of this task is the study of the operational environment improvement of the axle product line. Above all, the first thing to be done is to practical investigation of the workshop ,measure the dates which is necessity as well as both physiology interviews and objective tests which were able to show whether any effects upon these workers.
