All of these are make a challenge for car’ manage(parking efficiency and parking security),so the automatization（aptitude） of the parking is trend.This design is want to realize the vehicle access automatization by investigate the vehicle access monitoring system’s hardware design This vehicle access monitoring system’s hardware design have three parts: the first part is geomagnetism induction, it’s for induce the coming of the cars and receive the information of the cars. The second part is the main control part,it’s used for deal with the date stream from the card reader and communicate with the PC. The third part is some peripheral equipment controled by master controller. for example the raise and down of the self-starter and the work of the display.I know the design flow of a system by investigate this task,and have a father realize of the basic knowledge of SCM .During the whole design process ,whatever we design must along with the demand of the system, as long as we do everything according as this deamand,we can design a capability and the price all satisfy system. This system can realize the no stop of the associatoer car access,but the temporary car must stop for receive card and pay fare,this process can decrease the steal of the car, protect the associatoer car’s parking security,so this system is more suit for the occasion which the number of the associatoer car are very large, like community. At this occasion this system is more efficiency.
