本科学生毕业设计 HLJITD60底盘测功机设计 院系名称: 汽车与交通工程学院 专业班级: 车辆工程 学生姓名: 指导教师: 职 称: 副教授 The Graduation Design for Bachelors Degree Design of HLJITD60 Chassis Dynamometer 全套图纸,加 Candidate: Specialty:Vehicle Engineering Class: 07-2 Supervisor:Associate Prof. Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 摘  要 PWM)系统,该系统为底盘测功机提供制动力,以确保正确加载,模拟道路工况。设计基于PID的阻力加载智能控制算法,通过PID来改善控制系统的快速性和降低超调量,降低控制系统的稳态误差。 最后对底盘测功机的测控软件进行了设计。以先进的测试理念“软件即仪器”为指导,软件的设计结合高内聚低耦合的开发思想,基于NI公司GUI高级编程工具LabVIEW设计软件平台,针对测功机对象开发各子模块。其子模块可以方便移植应用到其他的领域中。并且界面美观,对话性强,操作方便,能很好的对系统进行实时监控以及各性能参数的显示。 关键:LabVIEW;PID控制 ABSTRACT Chassis dynamometer,a test equipment without disassembly, adopt technology of modern electrical measurement and computer to simulate all the driving resistance . It can improve the pilot’s test environment.The method can eliminate no needing research factors,shorten notability the trial period,and can acquire more accurate,more entire and more in-depth test result in some aspects. And the design’s aim is to develop Fuel-efficient car chassis dynamometer and service for the research and development the Fuel-efficient car. In the paper, the background and its significance, the test technology and its development,the source of the program,research aims and the direction of the program are introduced firstly.On the basis,the author establishes dynamical model of chassis dynamometer and analyses chassis dynamometer road resistance simulated loading principle ,designs the construction of chassis dynamometer, and selects AC motor as the load equipment,and establishes、the control model of AC electronic dynamometer, and establishes the measurement and control system:PWM system,this system offered the chassis dynamometer braking force,to make sure loading correctly and simulate the road condition.The intelligent system based was designed for simulation ofloading resistance.Though PID control to improve the system speed and reduce the overshoot, to reduce th
