摘 要 本次设计新井为双鸭山矿业集团岭东煤矿0.9Mt/a的新井设计,共有3层设计可采煤层,平均总厚度为5.93m。设计岭东井田的可采储量为92.511Mt,服务年限为58.74a,划分两个水平开采。井田平均走向长2500m,平均倾斜长2000m,煤层平均倾角12°,属于缓倾斜煤层。 岭东煤矿采用双立井的开拓方式,分组集中大巷布置方式。共划分八个采区,其中首采区为1个,达产工作面1个。首采区为北一采区,大巷装车式下部车场,综合机械化采煤。年工作日为330天,采用“三·八”式工作制,工作面长为190m,每刀截深为0.8m,每日割七刀。主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升。由于岭东井田倾斜长度较长,且为缓倾斜煤层,以及煤层地质条件等因素影响,决定井田内全部采用走向长壁开采。 关键词 可采储量 采煤工艺 走向长壁 全套图纸,加 Abstract The mine designing that the new mine is Shuang Ya Shan City mining industry Corp.
