摘 要
随着城乡一体化进程的不断发展,住宅建设在国民经济发展中的地位日趋显得重要。上世纪90年代中期国家对住宅商品房制度的改革以用随后的土地制度改革,使房地产市场格局发生了深刻变化,房地产业也得到了快速持续的发展。随着国民经济稳步增长,人民收入水平的大幅度提高,人们对居住的要求亦逐步从生存型向小康型和享受型方向发展,这对商品房品质提出了更高的要求,同时也为中国房地产市场的繁荣带来更加美好的前景。
按照ISO9001:2000、ISO14001:2000和OHSAS18001:1999标准建立、保持和持续改进管理体系的能力,已成为衡量现代企业管理水平和持续发展能力的重要标志。国际标准化组织于2004年发布的ISO10002《质量管理顾客满意组织处理投诉指南》为组织内处理与产品(包括服务)有关的投诉程序提供了指南,内容包括程序的编排、设计、运作、维护和改进。因此,在 ISO9000、ISO14000、OHSMS18000ISO 10002标准Abstract
With the development of urban-rural integration,the position of house-construction in the national economics becomes more and more important. Since the reform Commercial Housing system in1990s,and the following Land Tenure System Reform,Market Structure of Real Estate change deeply along with its rapid development. Along with the stable increase of national economy and improvement of people’s income,consumer structures are changing now. An important character of this change is that people are more concerned with accommodation and travel compared with eating and wearing in the last time. As a result,the real estate industry is faced to great challenge and opportunity.
According to ISO9001:2000、ISO14001:2000 and OHSAS18001:1999’s,standard builds and keeping managing the system and going on the improvement,the important mark of modern business management standard and going on development ability has been become. After our country enters the world,the enterprise ability is subsisted in the whole world is through the trade activities, is competed and is developed and the safe question of quality,environment and occupation health is becoming the difficult point cannot evade,and also is the important obstacle that must be surmounted.
