CD25在胃癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨胃癌组织中CD25表达及作用。方法 122例存档石蜡包埋胃癌组织， 依据组织分化程度分为中高分化腺癌组（腺癌1、2级和乳头状腺癌， 45例）和低分化腺癌?M（腺癌3级和黏液腺癌， 77例）。应用免疫组织化学（SP）法检测两组CD25蛋白的表达及分布。结果 CD25蛋白在胃癌中的表达率为19.7%（24/122）；中高分化腺癌组中CD25蛋白的表达（31.1%）高于低分化腺癌组（13.0%）， 差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.9， P=0.0150.05）。结论 胃癌组织中存在不同程度CD25蛋白表达， 其表达与组织分化存在一定相关性， 提示CD25蛋白可能在某种程度上参与胃癌发生发展， 是胃癌预后不良的因素和潜在治疗靶点。 　　【关键词】 胃癌；CD25；临床病理特征 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.17.014 　　Expression of CD25 in gastric cancer tissue and its correlation to clinical pathological features YANG Li， WU Xue-ming， HUANG Bing-chen. Methods A total of 122 archive paraffin embedding of stomach cancer tissue were divided by tissue differential degree into middle-high differentiated adenocarcinoma group （grade 1 and 2 adenocarcinoma and polypoid adenocarcinoma， 45 cases） and low differentiated adenocarcinoma group （grade 3 adenocarcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma， 77 cases）. Expression and distribution of CD25 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry streptavidin-perosidase （SP） technique in two groups. Results Expression rate of CD25 protein in gastric cancer was 19.7% （24/122）， and middle-high differentiated adenocarcinoma group had higher expression of CD25 protein （31.1%） than low differentiated adenocarcinoma group （13.0%）， and the difference had statistical significance （χ2=5.9， P=0.0150.05）. Conclusion There were different degree of CD25 protein expression in gastric cancer tissue， and its expression has certain correlation with tissue differentiation.
