灵芝抗氧化及保肝作用研究 050024 河北 石家庄河北师范大学生命科学学院摘要:灵芝发酵产物的抗氧化活性及保肝作用。通过冷冻干燥将灵芝液体发酵产物制成冻干粉后,DPPH自由基的清除实验和衰老小鼠模型检测冻干粉的抗氧化活性;四氯化碳()致小鼠急性肝损伤实验检测冻干粉的保肝作用。结果 冻干粉清除DPPH自由基的半数浓度(EC50)为8.12mg/,16mg/mL的清除率与0.02mg/mL Vc的清除相当;衰老小鼠模型实验结果显示,冻干粉可有效提高小鼠血清和肝脏中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-px)水平,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量(p<0.05)。小鼠急性肝损伤试验结果显示,冻干粉能有效降低模型组小鼠血液中谷草转氨酶(GOT)与谷丙转氨酶(GPT)(p<0.05) [关键词] 灵芝;液体发酵;冻干粉;衰老小鼠模型;急性肝损伤小鼠模型 [中图法分类号] R285.1;R285.5 [文献标识码] A Study on antioxidant activity and hepatoprotective effect of liquid fermentation products from Ganoderma lucidum Hou Jinxin, Duan Shuonan, Zhao Xiaojing, Feng Jian, Guan Zhenlong , Wang Li’An*(College of life Science, Hebei Normal University, Shijiazhuang, Hebei province, 050024, China) [Abstract] Objective To investigate the antioxidant activity and hepatoprotective effect of liquid fermentation products from Ganoderma lucidum. Methods The lyophilized powder of liquid fermentation products from Ganoderma lucidum was prepared by freezing and drying process, then, the antioxidant capacity of lyophilized powder was measured by DPPH tests in vitro and aging mice model induced by D-galactose in vivo; the hepatoprotective effect of the lyophilized powder was measured by acute liver damage mice model induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). Results The DPPH tests indicated that the EC50 value of the lyophilized powder on scavenging DPPH free radical activity is 8.12 mg/mL. Comparing with Vitamin C, the scavenging DPPH activity of the lyophilized powder with the concentration of 16 mg/mL was equal to that of Vc with 0.02 mg/mL, and the clearance rate was 61.56%. The aging mice model tests indicated the lyophilized powder could effectively improve the level of totle superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px), reduce that of malondiadehyde (MDA) in serum and liver of aging mice (p0.05).
