由資訊生態觀點探討資訊與資訊科技之分析架構 343 由資訊生態觀點探討資訊與資訊科技之分析架構 黃敬仁 Ching-Jen Huang 國立勤益技術學院 工業工程與管理系 摘要 ：資訊生態一詞是因資訊科技普及下，所產生的一個新興的名 詞，因此學者對於其意義與內涵的討論，尚在萌芽階段，而沒有一 個統一的解釋說明，由觀察者之角度不同而有所變化。本文之主要 目的，在於從研究資訊生態內涵之角度出發，分析在資訊管理領域 內，資訊與資訊科技的研究定義。在本文中，歸納出資訊生態的四 個主要因子（人類行為、組織環境、技術環境、外部市場環境）， 並由此延伸出在資訊生態觀點下，資訊管理之研究分類（資訊價值 與人類行為、資訊處理與組織運作、資訊技術應用與發展、資訊網 路與組織競爭環境），進而發展出資訊與資訊科技的分析架構，此 分析架構可幫助進一步了解在資訊生態環境中的各個組成要素及其 間之相互關係，增進對研究問題之定位與分析，並獲得助益。 關鍵詞 ：資訊、資訊科技、資訊生態、分析架構 Abstract : Information Ecology is a new term nowadays because of its broad use in information technology. Thus under such confusing phenomena, requiring a specific definition form different point of views for the information ecology is quite a task for the researchers. Defining the information and the information technology from the point of view of the content of the information ecology is our main purpose of this paper. In our study, four major factors were sorted out under the content of the information ecology (human behavior, or- ganization environment, technology environment, external marketplace environment). Furthermore, we made four classifications out of the above mentions. They are Information Value and Human Behavior, Information Processing and Organizational Operation, the Application and Development of Information Technology, Information Network and Organization Competitive Environment.
