膨润土填充保鲜膜的研制及其应用-河南农业科学.PDF

※包装贮运 食品科学 2008, Vol. 29, No. 12 717 周晓媛，邓 靖，刘奇龙，薛 琼，唐文评 (湖南工业大学包装与印刷学院，湖南株洲 412008) ：本实验以LDPE/LLDPE(80:20 ，W/W) 为基材，选择膨润土为无机填充剂，针对改善薄膜的透气性和透 湿性，制备不同添加量的膨润土PE 保鲜膜。结果表明：随着膨润土( 经偶联剂处理和未处理) 添加量的增加，薄 膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率逐渐降低，由于经偶联剂处理的膨润土，提高了与树脂的混合相容性，其拉伸强度和 断裂伸长率高于未处理的；未经偶联剂处理的膨润土填充膜，其透氧率和透湿量在未填充的空白膜的基础上有较大 的改善；而经偶联剂处理的膨润土填充膜，其透氧率和透湿量却没有明显的改善。通过对秀珍菇保鲜实验，证明 未处理的膨润土填充膜对秀珍菇的保鲜效果优于未包装的对照组。其中，以填充树脂总量10.0% 的未经偶联剂处理 的膨润土填充膜包装的秀珍菇的保鲜效果最好，其包装的秀珍菇的呼吸高峰出现最晚且呼吸峰值最低(332.9ml/kg · h) ，第7d 的失重率为3.8% ，好菌率为50.3% ，在15℃左右下可保鲜6d ，比未包装的对照组延长了4d 。 ：保鲜膜；气调包装；膨润土；秀珍菇 Development and Application of Bentonite Filled Fresh-keeping Film ZhOU Xiao-yuan ，DENG Jing ，LIU Qi-long ，XUE Qiong ，TANG Wen-ping (College of Packing and Printing, Hunan University of Technology, Zhuzhou 412008, China) Abstract ：In this study, LDPE/LLDPE (80:20,W/W) material and bentonite were respectively used as substrate and inorganic filler to improve the gas and vapor transmission rate of PE film. The results showed that as the amounts of bentonite increasing, the tensile strength and the elongation rate at break of the films reduce gradually. The mechanical of the films with bentonite (undealed with coupling agents) is lower than that of those films with dealed bentonite. As the amounts of bentonite (undealed with coupling agents) increasing, the gas permeation rate and vapor permeation of the films increase gradually. By testing the respiration rate, weight loss rate, sensory quality and good Pleurotus geesteranus rate, it was indicated that the film being added 10.0% bentonite undealed with coupling agents is the best for preservation of Pleurotus geesteranus.
