摘 要 机械行业支撑着国家经济，为各部门提供各种先进设备的任务，而机床工业则是机械工业的重要组成部分，是为机械工业提供制造技术和装备的工业体系。机床的拥有量、产量、品质和质量是用于衡量一个国家工业水平高低的重要标志之一。因此机床工业在国民经济中占有极其重要的地位。 金属切削机床是用切削的加工方法将金属毛坯制造成机器零件的机器，它是制造机器的机器，所以又称为“母机”或“工具机”。在现代机械工业中金属切削机床是加工机器零件的主要设备，它所担负的工作量，大约占机器总制造量的40%~60%。机床的技术水平直接影响机械制造工业的产品质量和劳动生产率。 作为主要的车削加工机床，CA6140机床广泛的应用于机械加工行业重，本设计主要针对CA6140机床的主轴箱体内部传动机构进行设计,设计的内容主要有机床主要参数的确定，传动方案和传动系统图的拟定，利用solidworks三维制图软件进行了零件的设计和处理，最终实现零件的装配和最重要的动画模拟。 关键词：CA6140机床；主轴箱；齿轮传动；三维模拟 Abstract Mechanical industry supporting the national economy, to provide various departments of advanced equipment, and the task of mechanical industry machine industry is an important part of mechanical industry, is for manufacturing technology and equipment industry. The machine, yield, quality and top quality measure of a country is one of the most important signs of industrial level. Therefore machine industry in the national economy of the utmost importance. Metal cutting machine is used the method of metal cutting machine parts processed into blank machine, it is the machine manufacturing machines, so called working tools or machine tools. In modern machinery manufacturing industry in metal cutting machine is the main machine parts processing equipment, its allotted workload, almost total amount of machine manufacturing 40% ~ 60%. As a major turning processing machine, CA6140 machine widely used in mechanical processing industry, the design of the machine mainly aimed at the CA6140 spindle box design, design is the main content of the main parameters of the machine, the transmission scheme and transmission system, solidworks software for 3d drawing parts design and processing, finally assemble these elements and make an animation which is the most significant.
