南京林业大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目：S195机体左侧面4孔攻丝机床及其夹具设计 学 院： 机械电子工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 号： 学生姓名： XXXxxx 指导教师： xxxxxx 职 称： 副教授 二〇一一 年 五 月 三十 日  摘 要 随着现代化工业技术的快速发展，特别是随着它在自动化领域内的快速发展，组合机床的研究已经成为当今机械制造界的一个重要方向。在现在工业运用中，大多数机器的设计和制造都是用组合机床大批量完成的。组合机床是根据现实工业生产中加工不同零件的需要，以大量通用部件为基础，配以少量专用部件所组成的一种高效率的机床。 本次设计的攻螺纹组合机床可以完成特定零件—S195箱体上4个螺纹孔的加工。本文通过对定位方式的选择和对工件工艺性的分析，以及对零件工序图、加工示意图、机床联系尺寸图和生产率计算卡这“三图一卡”的分析，提出对组合机床的总体设计方案。 我设计的组合机床，它由液压滑台、中间底座、侧底座、动力箱、夹具、多轴箱等通用部件组成。 动力箱和动力滑台是组合机床完成切削主运动和进给运动的动力部件。 床身、中间底座等是组合机床的支承部件，起着机床的基础骨架作用。组合机床的刚度和部件之间的精度保持性，主要是由这些部件保证.。 设计的过程涉及了大量的数学计算，保证了机床设计的合理性以及机床的精度和质量。 关键词：组合机床；夹具；精度 Abstract With the rapid development of modern industrial technology, especially with its rapid development within the field of automation, machine tool research has become the machinery manufacturing sector is an important direction.
