摘要 机器的出现大大提高了人们的劳动效率和经济效益，锅底快换机的出现完全拜托了原来的靠用手锤均匀敲击，用胶水胶粘结，只能换铝制锅具的局面，因此，锅底快换机不但在效率上有明显的效果，还扩展了锅具的材质，效果作用还是很明显的。 我们这次设计的是便携式锅底快换机，可以只在有一个三轮小电动车的情况下流动工作。它的机构主要包括传动箱，支撑杆，切割和滚压机构。其中的传动机构主要由手柄、主动轴、传动轴和传动轮系组成。 我们的这次设计所需的结构器件均无法直接取标准件，都需要自己重新设计。主要的设计部件除上面所说的几种之外，还有压紧手柄以及其他的小部件。在我们把所有的部件都设计出来以后，我们需要对它们进行cad的绘制，这样，我们能更好的表达出我们所做的东西。 最后，通过这次设计，我们对创新有了跟深刻的理解，尽管换锅底已经是快要没落的行当，这种机器的出现却能让它焕发出新的生机，这种意识将会对我们以后从事机械行业方面的工作有很大的益处。 关键词：锅底快换机，传动机构，支撑杆 Abstract The rise of the machine greatly improve peoples work efficiency and economic benefits, the pot bottom fast replacement appeared completely please original by hammer tap evenly, with glue glue, only for the aluminum pot situation, therefore, the pot bottom fast replacement not only on efficiency has obvious effects, but also extending the pot material, effect is very obvious.
