摘要 本设计的任务是5000t/d水泥熟料新型干法生产线水泥磨系统工艺设计。目前国内外所采用的水泥粉磨系统主要有三种：球磨机系统、立磨机系统和辊压机预粉磨系统。经综合分析比较本设计采用辊压机联合粉磨系统，其特点是辊压机自称系统,提高其循环量提高辊压效率，分选后的细粉粒度小而均匀更有利于磨机的配球，故粉磨效率高,辊压机吸收高达与系统磨机相等的能量，承担的粉磨工作量大大增加，节能效果得以提高。基于物料平衡计算和设备选型计算，选择了两台生产能力可以达到164.9t/h的合肥水泥设计院的高产高细水泥磨，以及HCF160-120辊压机。本次设计主要内容有：1.物料平衡计算：采用凑配法，借助EXCEL编制程序经多次验算得出恰当的率值：KH=0.892、SM=2.085、IM=1.073。2.工艺流程选择。本设计选择辊压机配V型选粉机挤压联合粉磨系统开路粉磨工艺。3.生产车间工艺设计及主机设备选型：依据物料平衡计算的结果，借助经验公式并查阅表格得出合适的主机设备。4.附属设备选型：附属设备包括斗提、输送机、空气斜槽等设备。在设计过程中，查阅了很多资料、手册、网上文献乃去水泥厂参观考查实地设备，在设计中理论结合经验数据，但是由于本人能力及水平有限并且缺乏实际经验，故难免有些许缺点误差存在，望请谅解。 关键词：新型干法生产线，高产高细水泥磨，联合粉磨 Abstract The task is to design 5000 t / d new dry process cement clinker production line cement mill system .?Used at home and abroad, threr are mainly three types of cement grinding system: ball mill system, vertical mill system and pre-grinding roller press system.?After comprehensive analysis and comparison, I choose the and pre-grinding roller press system, which is characterized by roller press claiming system to improve its circulation rate and increased rolling efficiency, after sorting the small and uniform particle size powder mill is more conducive to?with the ball, so the high efficiency grinding, roller mill press absorb up to equal the energy of the system, and it can undertake more grinding task .According to calculations of material balance and equipment sizing, select the two production of Hefei Cement Research And Design Institute which capacity can reach 164.9 t / h, and HCF160-120 roller press.?The main contents of the design are: 1. The material balance calculation: using hash with method, with the EXCEL programming obtained by checking the appropriate rate of several times the value of: KH = 0.892, SM = 2.085, IM = 1.073. 2.
