中小企业员工心理契约与工作满意度关系探讨
摘要:目前中小企业与员工之间雇佣关系的不稳定性日益显露,要想留住人才,吸引人才,激励人才,培养他们的敬业精神,最基本的是要认识和了解他们——了解他们对于企业的期望和要求,了解他们的工作观念和价值观,这样才能切实可行的制定人力资源政策和制度,使员工拥有的权利和得到的回报与他们承担的责任和应尽的义务充分对等,更好的发挥员工的积极性。而员工的心理契约和工作满意度共同影响着员工对企业的期望和对工作的态度。这两者的关系是非常密切的,本文旨在探讨心理契约和工作满意度对在中小企业里面工作的员工的影响程度,并找出二者之间的关系。本文通过对300名来自重庆8家中小企业的员工进行调查,统计分析,最后得出:心理契约与工作满意度两者之间是存在密切关联的,并且两者之间是成正相关,员工的心理契约能保持平衡,工作满意度就会大大提高。

The Relationship between Psychological Contract and Job Satisfaction of employees in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
Abstract:At present, the instability of employment relationships between small and medium-sized enterprises and their employees have become increasingly apparent. To retain, attract and motivate talented employees, to train their professionalism, the priority for those enterprises is to know and understand their employees – to understand their expectations and requirements for enterprises, to understand their ideas and values of their own. Only in this way can the enterprises formulate feasible human resources policy and system, make employees own rights and returns equivalently according to their responsibilities and duties, motivate them perform in work to the best of their abilities. What’s more, the psychological contract of employees and job satisfaction together affect employees’ expectations for their enterprise and their attitudes towards work. The relationship between those two is very close. This thesis aims to explore that in what degree can psychological contract and job satisfaction affect the employees’ work in small and medium-sized enterprises, and then find out the relationship between the two.Through the statistics and analysis of a survey on 300 employees of 8 small and medium-sized enterprises in Chongqing municipality, a conclusion is finally drawn in this article: the psychological contract and job satisf
