Two of the modern enterprise management mode of operation-ERP and e-commerce ,use of contemporary art, modern IT , is particularly important for enhancing the efficiency of enterprise management and increasing the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises in the industry .This paper introduces the definition of ERP and e-commerce, analyzes the status of the two and discusses the mode change of Management on the environment of E-commerce ;after that ,it discusses the functional requirements of the enterprise information systems for e-commerce .At last, it followed ERP system to support e-commerce as a whole and promote the optimization of e-commerce development as the guiding ideology to describe the relationship of the two,On this basis, proposed a feasibility framework and put forward a specific case study.
