This article first embarked from the CAI courseware history, has discussed the network multimedia coursewares and the CAI development relation, from this drew out the network courseware the design theory, thus proposed the courseware design mentality; The principle which which and which analyzed in network teaching network multimedia teaching courseware in the manufacture method as well as the manufacture process should pay attention the question in this foundation, has had to conform to the request and needs to follow and so on. This article from designs during the analysis network courseware to manufacture entire process, also proposed to the network courseware the forecast, in the present network time, network courseware this emerging thing will certainly to base for a long time in the modern education technology.
