摘 要 根据上海交运汽车动力系统有限公司所开发的新产品—离合器齿毂,本文首先介绍了离合器齿毂的功用与结构;结合有限元法理论基础,简述了有限元模型的构建原则和网格生成原则,总结了有限元分析的误差影响因素;利用CAD软件Unigraphics建立离合器齿毂三维几何模型;其次应用CAE前处理软件ANSA对几何模型进行几何清理,划分高质量网格;最后通过INDEED、ABAQUS两大著名有限元软件求解器,基于其不同的计算优势制定相应的计算方案;INDEED通过建立外花键轴,模拟离合器齿毂中央的内花键与外花键相联结的工况,将扭矩真实地施加到内花键上,得到数值仿真的计算结果;而ABAQUS则固定离合器齿毂花键槽,通过加载于齿毂内花键的工作面上,等效外花键轴对齿毂施加扭矩的情况;两大有限元软件分别对离合器齿毂进行了结构有限元分析,同时确保了计算结果的一致性;本文根据有限元分析数据结果,得出研究对象的应力与变形趋势的结论,并且就其强度薄弱处,提出了加强离合器齿毂结构强度的改进方法。 关键词:齿毂,渐开线花键,网格生成,有限元分析 strength design analysis of UG clutch hub plate ABSTRACT According to the new product developed by Shanghai Jiaoyun Automotive Power System Co., Ltd, the clutch hub plate is firstly introduced about its function and structure. Combining with the theory of finite element method, the paper gives a sketch of the constructive principal of finite element model as well as the principal of gridding, and sum up the factors leading to errors by finite element analysis. The geometrical model of clutch hub plate is established by means of CAD software—Unigraphics, then the paper adopts CAE preliminary treatment software—ANSA to clean the geometrical model, and create high quality grids. After that, two numerical procedures are formulated based on respective advantages of well-known finite element solver—INDEED and ABAQUS. A external splines shaft is needed built in INDEED in order to simulate the real working condition when the internal splines link with external splines. It comes to the result through exerting torque to internal splines. On the other hand, the spline slot is fixed firstly in ABAQUS, then to load on the working face of the internal splines, which is equivalent to the condition of exerting torque. In addition, the two solvers guarantee the results consistency. The paper finally arrives at the conclusion on the stress and deforming tendency of hub plate in the light of finite element analysis results.
