AbstractObjective ToinvestigatethetherapeuticeffectandsideeffectsofFOLFOX4 and FOLFOX6 as neoadjuvant chemotherapy onadvanced gastric cancer.Methods61patientswithadvancedgastriccancerwereselectedanddivided intoFOLFOX4group(n=28)andFOLFOX6group(n=31)randomly,FOLFOX4and FOLFOX6wereusedpreoperativelyfor3coursesrespectivelyin2groups. Comparisonwasmadeinrespectsofclinicaleffectandsideeffects.UsingSPSS19.0 statisticalsoftwareforstatisticalprocessingsoftware,themeasurementdatausingtheχ2-test,andcurative effect by χ2-test, testlevel α = 0.05.Results ①61patientswereenrolledinthestudywithatotalof183cycles. The FOLFOX4groupincluded2 CRcases,8PRcases,10SDcases,and8 PD cases, withthetotalefficiencyof35.7%,and20cases(71.4%)ofclinicalbenefit. The FOLFOX6groupincluded9CR cases, 14PRcases,5SDcases,and5PDcases, withthetotalefficiencyof69.6%,and28cases(84.8%)ofclinicalbenefit.Total effectiverateofFOLFOX6washigherthanthatofFOLFOX4(P0.05).Afterthe endofneoadjuvantchemotherapyatotalof45patientsunderwentoperation,of which43casesreceivedradicalresectionand 2 patientsunderwentpalliative operation treatment.21casesintheFOLFOX4groupand22casesintheFOLFOX6groupunderwentR0 resection.TherewasonecaseunderwentnonR0resectionin eachgroup.Nosignificantdifferencewasfoundbetweenthetwogroupsofradicalsurgery (P0.05). ②The incidence rates of nausea, vomiting, neutropenia werehigherinFOLFOX4groupandFOLFOX6group.Thereisnostatisticalsignificance in the side effects of thetwo groups(P0.05).ConclusionBothFOLFOX4andFOLFOX6havelightersideeffects,good tolerance,bettersafetyandreliability.TotaleffectiverateofFOLFOX6washigher thanFOLFOX4.NowFOLFOX6wasmoreusedtothetreatmentofadvancedgastric cancer.Key wordsAdvanced gastric cancerNeoadjuvant chemotherapyFOLFOX4FOLFOX6目录第一章前言...................................................................................................错误!未定义书签。第二章材料与方法........................................................................................................................22.1 一般资料..
