This paper takes Jiangsu Province Radio and TV Information Network Inc Suzhou branch (hereinafter referred to as: JSCN) as the research object. By satisfaction survey, it thoroughly analyzes the human resources management status and the talent team construction, combines with the company strategy, sets up principles and objectives for the company’s talent construction strategy, and finally establishes the JSCN Company’s talent echelon construction strategy and puts forward specific measures that facilitate the companys talent echelon construction.The first part of the essay describes the background, content and significance of the research. The second part illustrates the related knowledge of human resource, human resource development and management, talent echelon concepts and relevant theory. The third part analyzes the current situation of JSCN company personnel echelon, points out existing problems, and provides quantitative data for the construction of enterprise talent team through employee satisfaction survey. The fourth part focuses on the present personnel problems in the company’s talent team, proposing strategic alternatives for talent echelon construction.
