AbstractObjective:Exploretherelationshipbetweenbloodpressurevariationand vascularendothelialfunctioninobstructivesleepapneahypopneasyndrome (OSAHS) patients with hypertension.Method:Using24hoursambulatorybloodpressuremonitoring(ABPM)and polysomnography(PSG)tocheckeachgroup,Therearetwogroups.Theoneis30casesofOSAHSpatientswithhypertension，theotheris35casesofpatientswithessentialhypertension(EH).Eachgroupwillbegiventheexaminationof24h ambulatorybloodpressuremonitoring(ABPM)andpolysomnography(PSG), comparingtwogroupsofsleeprespirationmonitoringresultsandbloodpressure circadianrhythmchanges,atthesametime,throughtheresultofnitricoxide(NO) andendothelin-1inserumofthetwogroupstoknowtheirvascularendothelial function.Results:1.Compared withpure hypertension group, OSAHSmerger hypertension group has a higherlevel of bothnight averagesystolicanddiastolic blood pressure (P 0.05), easy to appear thephenomenon of morning peak (P 0.05),and occur more rhythmvolatility (P 0.05), theincidence ofnon dippertype blood pressure is higher.Comparing with purehypertension group, OSAHSmerger hypertension group hasa higher level ofET-1 (P 0.05), alower levelofNOand NO/ET ratiodecreases significantly (P 0.05),his - CRP and homocysteinelevel are significantlyhigh (P 0.05), vascular endothelialdamages obviously.The group ofOSAHSmerger hypertensionhas more decrease of peak E, more rising ofvelocity(A), E/A ratio decrease obviously(P 0.05), suggesting the decrease ofdiastolicfunction. And there obviously difference amongthe leftIIatrial diameter, leftthe interior diameter, interventricular septumand left ventricular wall thickness,myocardial quality and quality index (P 0.01), proving that OSAHSmerger hypertensiongroup has a lotchange ofheart structure.The levelofserumendothelin-1,NOofOSAHSmerger hypertension patientscorrelates to the blood pressure variation, the formeris positively ,and the latter showed a negative correlation.Conclusion:1.OSAHSmergerhypertensiongrouphasasignificantchang
