(hereinafter referred to as Party B) 二.　合同目的 Purpose of Contract 根据《中华人民共和国经济合同法》，甲方现将高尔夫俱乐部球场整体施工委托给乙方。为明确双方的权利、义务和经济责任，经双方协商，特签订本合同。 In accordance with The Law of Economic Contracts of the Peoples Republic of China, Party A is now entrusting the construction of the golf course of the Golf Club to Party B.
