锻钢曲轴高强度化与技术降成本 1 1 2 高亮庆 ,欧阳维强 ,闵育政 (1.东风商用车有限公司,442001 ;2.十堰天舒机电科技有限公司,442004) 摘要:本文综述了曲轴常用的材料工艺方案及其能够达到的疲劳性能,指出圆角 淬火锻钢曲轴具有最高的弯曲疲劳强度。在此基础上论述了锻钢曲轴高强度化和 技术降成本的技术途径:圆角淬火锻钢曲轴可以通过提高圆角表面硬度和硬化层 深度实现高强度化,但必需解决淬火变形、加工变形、磨削烧伤等困难;锻钢曲 轴的制造成本,可以通过曲轴的高强度化和轻量化,非调质化,易切削化和曲轴 材料的低强度化等措施来降低,38MnS6 锻钢曲轴具有最佳的性价比,成为曲轴 高性能和低成本的典范。 关键词:锻钢曲轴 感应淬火 球墨铸铁 小圆角滚压 弯曲疲劳强度 成本 Techniques for Higher Strength and Lower Cost of Forged Steel Crankshaft 1 1 2 Gao Liangqing , Ouyang Weiqiang ,MinYuzheng (1.DongFeng Commercial Vehicle Limited Company ,442001;2.Tianshu Induction Hardening Equipment Co.Ltd.) Abstract: In this paper, the common matches of materials and processes for engine crankshafts, and their fatigue strength are summarized, and it is concluded that the forged steel crankshaft with induction hardened filleted corners can reach the highest fatigue strength. On this foundation, the authors discuss the technological approach to higher fatigue strength and lower cost of forged steel crankshaft: The difficulties must been overcomed which are quenching-induced distortion, the machining-induced distortion and grinding born, meanwhile to make the forged steel crankshaft with induction hardened filleted corners stronger. The approaches to reduce the cost of forged crankshaft include lighting by strengthening, no-quenching and tempering, free-cutting, and decreasing the body strength and material strength. The forged steel crankshaft made of 38MnS6 have the best value, and become the representative of engine crankshafts with high performance and low cost.
