摘 要 随着中国造船工业和科学技术的飞速发展，在造船领域中，我国的涂装新技术、新标准、新工艺在我国也得到了推广。由于腐蚀对船舶安全造成威胁，船东对船舶的防腐蚀措施非常关注。文章从涂装前、涂装中、涂装后三部分进行了阐述。第一部分包含PSPC、边角和粗糙度、清洁度、灰尘、盐分、粗糙度、环境条件；第二部分包含程序、环境条件、湿膜厚度；第三部分包含干镆厚度、涂层缺陷、附着力、监控涂层检测和最终审核。尤其是PSPC实施后将会对造船产量、建造成本、建造周期和造船质量管理等诸多方面产生重大影响。 随着海上国际航运市场、石油、运输重要设施的开发，中国造船将面临世界造船先进技术的竞争考验。为使我国造船能适应千变万化的国际市场要求，技术的不断进步首当其冲。然而事物总是在向前发展，与之相适应的技术必将面临新的挑战。在不断总结经验的同时，也要跟上国际市场先进技术要求的脚步。 关键词：船舶涂装；质量控制；质量检验；常见问题。 Abstract  As Chinas shipbuilding industry and the rapid development of science and technology, in the shipbuilding field, our coating technology, new standards, new technology in China has also been extended.
