升溫速率對非方向性電磁鋼片集合組織的 影響 Effect of Heating Rate on the Development of Annealing Texture of Nonoriented Electro-magnetic Steel 1 2 3 3 S.Y. Wu, C.H. Lin, P.W Kao, L.W. Chang In this study, two heating rates at 0.5/s and 15/ s, were applied to the annealing process in the production 0.5/s 15/s of nonoriented electro-magnetic steels (NOES). The effect 590~900 of heating rate on the texture was analyzed u sing the recrystallized fraction in the recrystallization stage and the grain size in the grain growth stage. With complete recrystallization, little difference in texture was found on the recrystallized grain size for the two heating rate cases. Result of macro-texture analysis showed that the evolution of recrystallized texture was similar for the two heating rate treatments. We concluded that the recrystallized texture was mainly determined by the cold-rolled microstructure.
