沈阳化工大学 本科毕业论文 题 目:院 系:应用化学学院 专 业:应用化学 班 级:200级 学生姓名 指导教师: 论文提交日期: 20 年 6 月 2 日 论文答辩日期: 20 年 6 月 2 日 Abstract The stable Na-montmorillonite suspending liquid was prepared from the natural calcium and sodium based bentonite in Hebei by using sodium carbonate as natrium retrofitting reagent under the condition of water bath heating in this paper. The method is conducive to achieving the industrialization of Na-montmorillonite production with simple process, no more request for the equipment and low cost. The cation exchange capacity (CEC)of sodium bentonite after the drying became 109.90mmol/100g, and the absorbing blue amount (AB) was 75.81g/100g. The content of montmorillonite and cation exchange capacity of natrium retrofitted bentonite are markedly improved compared to the natural bentonite. The XRD analysis indicated that the d001 layer spacing of Na-montmorillonite changes from 13.84648? to 9.89898? which illustrated that Na-cmontmorillonite from natural montmorillonite by natrium retrofitting has achieved the expect quality for deep modification and the preparation of composite material. The organic montmorillonite modified by maleic acid was prepared using maleic acid as modifying agent, CoCl2 as precipitating agent on the basis of Na-montmorillonite prepared before. X-ray diffraction results showed that the d001 layer spacing of maleic acid modified montmorillonite’s was increased to 12.41357? when the mole ratio of CEC of Na-montmorillonite, the amount of maleic acid and the amount of precipitant agent CoCl2 was 1:2:1. It illustrated that some organic matter has entered into montmorillonite layers, and the product was intercalated composites of organic montmorillonite. After that, a montmorillonite/PMMA composite was prepared by in situ polymerization with MMA monomer between the layers of organic montmorillonite.
