摘要:对突出矿井而言,煤矿生产过程中的最大安全隐患是瓦斯事故。由于瓦斯事故的危害极大,消除瓦斯事故隐患需要花费较多的时间和费用,而瓦斯灾害事故的威胁也极大限制了煤矿生产规模,生产效率和经济效率的提高。瓦斯灾害的有效控制是保证我国煤炭工业可持续发展的一个关键性问题。
平煤五矿己四采区煤层瓦斯抽放设计采用上下顺槽打顺层平行钻孔预抽、高位钻孔抽放和采空区埋管抽放、上隅角抽放相结合的瓦斯抽放方法,它能确保采掘工作在低瓦斯含量条件下采掘,给采掘工作创造安全环境。
根据平煤五矿己四采区的各项资料研究瓦斯抽放设计的合理组合方式,工艺参数,抽放效果评价技术等是非常有必要的,能够为矿井瓦斯抽放的科学管理,生产计划的科学编制以及计划的严格实施提供必要的科学依据,也是确保安全生产,提高工作效率和生产效益的有效手段。
