技術與訓練 37 卷 2 期(民國 101 年 6 月)35~44 轉爐石應用於改質瀝青混凝土之成效 黃隆昇* 、林登峰** 、林平全*** 、徐登科**** 、黃祥亞***** Experimental Investigation of Basic Oxygen Furnace Slag Used in Modifier Asphalt Mixture Long-Sheng Huang, Deng-Fong Lin, Ping-Chuang Lin, Teng-Ker Hsu, Hsiang-Ya Huang 摘 要 本研究探討轉爐石應用於瀝青混凝土之成效，並比較改質瀝青混凝土添加轉爐石 或天然粒料之差異，包含瀝青混凝土之間接張力強度及潛變模數。試驗結果得知，轉 爐石瀝青混凝土無論浸泡於海水及淡水，其間接張力殘餘強度均比天然粒料瀝青混凝 土大。浸水前後轉爐石瀝青混凝土靜態潛變差異不大，但傳統天然粒料瀝青混凝土則 有明顯差異。溫度25℃及40℃時，轉爐石瀝青混凝土之潛變永久變形量均比天然粒料 瀝青混凝土小。歸納轉爐石應用於瀝青混凝土時，其變位量少且強度高，可增加鋪面 品質及使用年限。 關鍵詞：轉爐石、 改質瀝青、 潛變、 間接張力強度 ABSTRACT This paper discussed the mechanical properties of Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF) slag and natural aggregate in modifier asphalt mixtures, including indirect tensile strength and creep modulus. Test results shows that BOF slag used in modifier asphalt concrete immersed in seawater and freshwater, which residual indirect tension strength than the natural aggregate. In addition, the creep modulus of BOF slag asphalt mixtures showed no difference before and after soaking. The traditional natural aggregate asphalt mixtures were significant dif- ferences. The creep permanent deformation of BOF slag asphalt mixtures was less than natural aggregates asphalt mixtures. Summarized, BOF slag used in modifier asphalt mixtures could increase the mechanical properties and service life of pavement.
