吉林农业大学学报 　2004 ,26 (5) :523～525 J ournal of J ilin A gricultural University 西洋参茎叶生药学研究 1 2 丛登立 , 王丽娟 ( 1 吉林大学药学院 , 长春 13002 1 ; 2 长春市绿园区医院 , 长春 130062) 摘 　要 : 采用性状鉴别 、显微鉴别 、成分的理化鉴别及 HPCL 鉴别等方法 ,对五加科植物西洋参茎 、叶进行系统 的生药学研究 。结果表明:西洋参茎叶主要化学成分为人参皂苷 ,人参皂苷 Rb3 含量为 12 % 。西洋参茎叶粉 末中具有草酸钙簇晶、非腺毛 、导管旁伴有长方形薄壁细胞 、气孔不定式 、不等式等鉴别特征 。本研究可以为 西洋参茎 、叶的鉴别 ,质量标准的制定及开发利用 、扩大药源提供依据 。 关键词 : 生药学 ; 西洋参 ; 茎 ; 叶 ( ) 中图分类号 : S56753 ; R2841 　　　文献标识码 : A 　　　文章编号 : 2004 Pharmacognosy Study of the Stem and Leave of American Genseng 1 2 CON G Dengli , WAN G Lij uan ( 1 College of Medicine , J ilin University , Changchun 13002 1 , China ; 2 Hosp ital of L uy uan District , Changchun 130062 , China) Abstract : Pharmacognosy characters of the stems and leaves of American genseng ( Panax quinquef olium) were studied by feature and microscopical identification , physical and chemical identification of the com ponents , and HPCL method The results showed that the main chemical component of the stems and leav es of American genseng was ginsenoside The value of ginsenosideRb3 as the determination norm of the content was 12 % The microscopical characters of calcium oxalate cluster crystal , nonglandular hair , rectangle parenchyma cell beside vessel , stomata anomocytic and anisocytic type were observed in the powder of the stems and leaves of American genseng This will provide scientific basis
