Abstract
Intense competition in the market compels electrical manufacturing companies to do their best to excavate the potentials in the enterprise. It has become a big problem that how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to create the competitive advantages of enterprises.
Employee performance management, because of their unique strategy, management and development functions, has become the core of human resource management. However, enterprise’s awareness of performance management of staff just stays in the stage of performance evaluation. They seldom analyze problems in the performance management of staff. This paper conducted a preliminary exploration on the performance management of staff based on the problems in its management.
In this paper, taking the implementation of performance management in domestic and foreign enterprises as background, combined with the theory of performance management, and based on the basic conditions for running and operating methods of employee performance management system, to analyze problems in employee performance management in the East China Electric, and come to methods to improve the status of employee performance management.first,By strengthening the communication between team and individual performance goals clear?.Attention to staff career plans to improve the design.Functional departments to strengthen the performance objectives of the validation and confirmation..Through data collection and report on his work will enhance the performance of feedback?.
