According to the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage adopted by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, they are distributed under the five domains as below: (a) Oral traditions and expressions (b) Performing arts (c) Social practices, rituals and festive events (d) Knowledge and practices concerning nature and the universe (e) Traditional craftsmanship In order to help readers know more about the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Hong Kong, the resources listed include selected materials from Library resources and the Internet. The titles listed in this guide are reference and lending materials of Hong Kong Public Libraries.
