基于物流一体化的货运组织协同优化技术  摘 要 铁路货物运输是供应链的一环，是多式联运一个子系统，由于各种内、外部因素导致铁路货物运输组织的协同性较差，物流运输优势不能发挥，不适应运输市场竞争的需求。基于此，对基于物流一体化的铁路货物运输协同问题进行研究，有助于提高我国铁路货运组织、管理水平，使其与其它运输子系统无缝连接，增加铁路的市场份额。本文在对我国铁路货运组织进行协同优化的优势及所面临的问题进行分析的基础上，针对存在的问题，提出了基于物流一体化的铁路货物运输组织协同优化相关技术措施。研究内容如下： 在分析铁路货运组织协同优化所具有的优势和面临的问题的基础上，阐述了本文研究的意义，国内外的研究现状以及本文研究的主要内容；系统介绍了协同理论和物流理论的主要原理；运用协同理论分析了货运组织系统的组成及所具有的协同学特征；提出了货运组织系统进行协同优化的具体措施，包括：集装箱多式联运的协同优化、装车地车流组织的协同优化以及信息技术的协同优化三方面；对铁路物流中心的协同优化措施进行了具体研究，通过对作业流程、运营组织模式、顾客服务管理等的分析，提出了铁路物流中心的运作措施和发展策略。 关键词 铁路物流，铁路物流中心，货运组织系统，协同技术，协同优化 Abstract Railway cargo transportation,as a link on a logistics chain and a subsystem in the multimodal transport chain,due to external and internal factors,cant coordinate well with multimodal transport system.Its advantages cant be fully exerted thus cant adapt to the demand of market economy. To study various synergetic measures in railway cargo transportation will help to improve Chinas railway cargo transport organization and management,to achieve seamless connection between itself and other modes of transportation partners and to expand the market share of railway in the transportation market. Considering the advantages and problems of synergetic optimization of China railway freight transportation,this paper put forward some synergetic optimization measures of railway freight transport organization,which are based on the integration of logistics.The research content is as follows: 1.
