乐山市亚马逊住宅小区二期工程 施工组织设计 作者姓名：XXX 专业名称：XXX 指导教师：XXX 摘要 本工程为“乐山亚马逊小区二期工程”18#楼。位于乐山竹公溪旁，紧靠白燕路。建筑层数为十八层；基础采用桩基基础；主体为框架剪力墙结构；建筑面积大概6400m2；工期为480个日历天。 建设单位已完成施工现场的“三通一平”工作，我方施工单位已做好进场准备。为了保证施工顺利的进行和按期保质保量的完成工程项目,针对本工程的特点和工期的要求，我方通过参考建设单位提供的工程资料以及本单位测量的参数，研究计划了详细的施工计划和部署：施工组织机构的建立；施工准备计划；劳动力组织计划；施工总平面布置；主体、装饰、防水工程施工方案；质量保证措施等。 为加快施工进度，本工程各楼层框架剪力墙结构，均采用整体浇筑混凝土的方法。并且采用新型的模板和先进的施工技术，保证在安全文明施工的前提下，按期保质的完成全部工程。并且在现场组建项目部，对工程的进展进行时时控制和管理。 关键词：亚马逊 施工组织 框架剪力墙 工程项目  Abstract This engineering is leshan amazon district of the second phase of the project in leshan, 18 storey height, by brook bamboo male in leshan, abouts BaiYanLu. The building is a total of 18 floos; Foundation adopts resists water raft foundation; Subject is the frame shear wall structure; Construction area of about 6400M2; Period is 480 calendar days. The construction unit has completed the construction site “SanTongYiPing” work, we are already well into the construction unit preparations. In order to ensure construction smoothly and schedule of quality and quantity of completed projects. According to the characteristics of the engineering project requirement, we with reference to the construction unit by providinig engineering material and this unit measured parameters, the detailed research plan of construction plan and deployment: the construction organization establishment; construction preparation plan; labor organization plan; construction general layout; main body, decoration, waterproof construction scheme; quality assurance measures etc. To accelerate the construction schedule, the project each floor frame shear wall structure, all use whole pouring the concrete method. And a new template and advanced construction technology, ensure safe civilized construction in the premise, the completion of all projects to follow.
