题 目： 砂带抛光机结构设计 摘 要 随着社会生产的发展，在工农业生产中对金钢石锯片的需求量与日俱增，同时对金钢石锯片的质量精度和外观提出了更高的要求。系列金钢石抛光机专为金刚石锯片抛光而设计。金刚石锯片焊接或烧结后基体上会存在一些锈斑及其他缺陷，影响外观质量。喷漆前进行抛光处理会极大地改善外观质量，增加产品竞争能力。 锯片抛光机作为金钢石锯片生产后期处理的优良设备在国外发展比较早，技术已趋成熟，形成了完善的行业生产体系。国内发展起步较晚，但发展速度较快；已形成多系列多品种。哈尔滨磨料磨具磨削研究所所开发生产的锯片抛光机在国内处领先地位，具有一定的代表性。目前存在的主要问题是技术还不是很成熟，没有完善的生产工艺规程；没有形成行业性大批量生产，以单件小批量生产为主。产品以手动控制进给为主，部分零部件有待进一步改进。发展方向是标准化生产自动控制，高精度，高效率的产品。 针对目前国内发展现况，我们和哈尔滨磨料磨具磨削研究所修整技术研究室的技术人员共同设计、开发，改进了系列金钢石锯片抛光机。 本机采用砂带磨头抛光，安全可靠，效果极佳。采用台式布置磁力夹紧，操作安全快捷方便，支撑盘产生的风力可自动除尘。是金刚石锯片生产的必备设备。 关键词 砂带抛光 磨削 金钢石锯片 Abstract With the development of social production, in industrial and agricultural production diamonds saw bit is increasingly demanded, and the quality of precision and the rough appearance of saw bit set higher demands.
