熵值法在大学生毕业选择中的应用 I 摘 要 熵值法是一种客观赋权法，根据设定的各项指标观测值所提供的信息大小确 定其权重。为了分析大学生毕业选择难的问题，借助于信息工程学中的“熵”概 念，利用“熵”的大小度量大学生毕业选择因素重要度指标在不同选择中的差异 程度。本文将熵值法应用在对大学生毕业选择出路问题的研究上，以本校2005 级学生为研究对象，引入熵值法对权系数进行客观赋值，建立了基于熵值法的大 学生毕业选择评价模型。得出了大学生面临工作、考研究生、考公务员从政及出 国深造的选择时做出各种选择的权重。较为客观地揭示出各评价指标的重要性， 从而确定权重，对大学生毕业选择因素重要度做出测评。避免了主观色彩的影响， 得出了2005级大学生毕业后的选择趋向。实证分析结果表明该方法的应用能为处 于金融危机时期中的2005级大学生毕业后选择提供可靠的依据,帮助毕业生在出 路的选择方面进行理性分析。 关键词：大学生，毕业选择，熵值法 II Abstract Entropy is an objective way to give an objective value, according to the observation value of all kinds of indicators set by the observation value of the information provided to determine the size of index weight.
