RP公司厂房建筑工程项目质量管理研究摘 要 21世纪世界发展迅速，各国科技和社会竞争已趋于白热化，随着我国城市化水平的不断提高，科学技术的进步和社会的发展，各行各业的竞争都演变的越来越激烈，对于工程建设领域，也变的复杂多样。人们日益关注和重视的问题是如何在规定的时间期限内，按照预定的计划，保证质量的完成某项任务，来获得最大的经济效益。厂房建筑项目是用于生产的专业建筑项目，是为了满足社会生产的需要，围绕最终建筑产品进行生产经营活动，制造出适用、安全、经济、环保的各类厂房建筑。到了今日，厂房建筑业在自己的产品生产上和经营管理上形成了一定的特点。 本文系统地介绍了项目质量管理基本概念和管理方法，本文通过对RP公司厂房建筑工程项目的质量管理进行了系统分析。并分析研究了项目质量管理中所涉及到的项目质量策划、项目质量控制和项目质量改进等问题。 关键词：；； Abstract The 21st century the rapid development of national science and technology, and social competition is already heating up, with the urbanization level of Chinas continuous improvement, scientific and technological progress and social development, the evolution of all walks of life are increasingly fierce competition for the project building in this area, but also become complex and diverse.
