平煤八矿新副井戊二轨道上山石门揭煤设计 摘 要：在煤与瓦斯突出矿井中，石门揭突出煤层危险性大，时间特别长，是矿井安全技术的重点和采掘部署的瓶颈工程。本文阐述了国内外关于煤与瓦斯突出机理的综合学说，详细分析了石门揭煤突出的原理，包括其突出影响因素、发生条件、突出煤体的力学特性与瓦斯流动规律，之后对通过对平行布孔抽放瓦斯、扇形布孔抽放瓦斯、交叉布孔抽放瓦斯比较，提出平煤八矿戊9-10煤层的揭煤方案——石门短导硐、交叉布孔抽放瓦斯和震动放炮相结合的揭煤措施。并按《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》制定了“四位一体”防突措施及相关安全防护及防突措施。 关键词：煤与瓦斯突出，石门揭煤，突出机理，短导硐揭煤技术Design of Cross-cut Crossing Seam at New Auxiliary Shaft Rail Raise in Pingmei Corporation 8 Mine Abstract： In the mine which gush the coal and gas,rockcross cutvuncovers the coal prominent coal bed serious risk,the timeexepect long，it is the mine security technology key point and the excavation deployment bottleneck project.
