The 23rd APEC Economic Leaders’Declaration - Building Inclusive Economies, Building a Better World: A Vision for an Asia-Pacific Community亚太经合组织第二十三次领导人非正式会议宣言-“打造包容性经济，建设更美好世界：亚太大家庭愿景”We, the Leaders of APEC, met in Manila under the theme of ‘Building Inclusive Economies, Building a Better World,’ determined to take action to fully realize the vision laid down by our predecessors of a stable, integrated, and prosperous community in the Asia-Pacific, in which all our people can enjoy the benefits of economic growth and technological progress. Our enduring commitment will underwrite the peace, stability, development, and common prosperity of the Asia-Pacific.我们，亚太经合组织领导人，相聚马尼拉，讨论“打造包容性经济，建设更美好世界”这一主题，决心采取行动，全面实现我们的前任所确立的愿景，建设亚太地区稳定、融合和繁荣的大家庭，使我们的人民享有经济增长和技术进步带来的福祉。我们的不懈努力将为亚太地区的和平、稳定、发展和共同繁荣做出保证。Under the shadow cast by the terrorist attacks in Paris, Beirut, and against Russian aircraft over the Sinai, and elsewhere, we strongly condemn all acts, methods, and practices of terrorism in all their forms and manifestations. We will not allow terrorism to threaten the fundamental values that underpin our free and open economies. Economic growth, prosperity, and opportunity are among the most powerful tools to address the root causes of terrorism and radicalization. Risks and uncertainties remain in the global economy, including inadequate demand growth, financial volatility, and structural problems weighing on actual and potential growth.
