企业知识型档案部门的构建 摘 要 知识管理，是顺应现代知识经济发展而逐渐形成的一种新型企业管理思想。20世纪后期开始，知识管理思想逐渐被引入到企业档案管理工作当中。在企业档案管理工作当中，逐渐开始了一种新型的管理模式，区别于传统企业档案管理模式。在这种以知识管理为主要指导思想的新型企业档案管理工作中，还融入了信息资源管理基础理论、企业资源基础理论，以及档案后保管范式理论的思想，使其档案管理工作更加科学，更加适应时代发展的需要。 从传统到现代的企业档案管理工作，在工作模式上发生了许多转变。从传统的档案收集到档案知识积累，从传统的档案整理到档案知识组织，从传统的档案鉴定到档案知识评价，从传统的档案利用到档案知识服务，这些工作分别从内容、形式、方法和意识四个方面发生了很大变化，从而形成了现代的档案知识管理这一新型档案管理工作模式。 关键词：企业 档案管理 知识管理 Abstract The Knowledge Management complies with one kind of new business management ideas which the modern knowledge economy development forms gradually. After the late-20th century, the business management idea is introduced gradually the corporation Archives management work. In the corporation Archives management work, starting one kind of new management pattern, distinguishes with the Traditional. In new enterprise records management work that taking knowledge management as in main guiding principle which has integrated the information resource management basic theory, the enterprise resource base theory, after as well as file, takes care of the model theory the thought that causes its Archives management work to be more scientific, even more meets the time need to develop. From the tradition to the modern corporation Archives management work, has had many changes in the working pattern. Collects from the traditional to the knowledge accumulates, reorganizes from the traditional to the knowledge organization, appraises from the traditional to the knowledge appraisal, uses from the traditional to the knowledge service, these work separately from the content, the form, the method and realized four aspects to have the very sweeping change, thus has formed the modern file knowledge management this new records management working pattern.
