Abstract
This article studies the cam-lever detrusion mechanism and seedlings guide-canal of mouse-cage-cam-lever detrusion type ordered throwin-g mechanism.Because of seedlings plate can not be pressed well on the throwing mechanism,some rice plotted-seedlings will not be pushed out.It effects the utilization of rice plotted-seedlings and after landing having uniform spacing in the rows.
visualize the existing optimization program of cam-lever detrusion mechanism and get the best result.
2. Improve the the structure of cam-lever detrusion mechanism for the goal of seedling plate can be pressed well.Original seedlings row spacing is 1mm, now the row spacing is uneven.Improve the platen device for adding wheels on the bar.Sliding friction will change to rolling friction by this method,and the resistance be reduced.
3.For the goal of seedling having uniform spacing in the rows, build the kinematics mathematical model of seedling falling,according throwing machines structure and actual working environment, come of cam-lever detrusion mechanism of the constraint conditions,find constraint conditions and get the result of optimization.The radius of cones circle of the seedlings guide-canal is 169mm,the height is 410mm,the semi-cone angle is .
4.According to the optimization parameters,the mouse-cage-cam-lever detrusion type ordered throwing mechanism and seedlings guide-canal are designed.
5.In the end,there is a conclusion for the paper,and tentative plans for further research are put forward.
