They have se- rio sly encroached on the interests of the intermediate and small shareholders. Facing the six conditions and the ca ses of the encroachment on the interests of the intermediate and small shareholders in connected transactions, we sho ld se these corresponding legal co ntermeas res in o r co ntry to protect their interests s ch as honesty responsibility of the share holders, information disclos re in connected transactions, the removal of the right to vote of the shareholders, the derivative laws its of the shareholders, independent director, personality rep diation of legal person.
