摘要 随着现代生产和科学技术的发展,对自动化技术的要求越来越高,同时也为自动化技术的革新提出了必要的条件。 运料小车是工业运料的主要设备之一,广泛应用于冶金、港口、养殖等行业,该设备在整个系统中起着至关重要的作用,它能否正常运料直接影响产品产量和质量。将PLC应用到运料小车中,可实现运料小车的自动化控制,降低系统的运行费用。PLC运料小车电气控制系统具有连线简单,控制速度快,精度高,可靠性和可维护性好等优点。同时,电动机的速度变化可以通过改变变频器的频率来实现。变频调速的调速范围大,机械特性硬,转速稳定性好,电源频率可以连续调节,转速可平滑改变,实现无极调速。PLC+变频器控制运料小车,既提高了工作效率又节省了能量,使人们工作更加方便。 关键词 自动化,运料小车,PLC,变频器 Abstract With modern production and the development of science and technology, the requirements of automation technology becomes more and more high, but also for automation technology innovation puts forward the necessary conditions.
