The cold storage along with societys progress and the technical development, its function and the function has had the very big change. The cold storage may widely apply in the food products factory, the dairy, the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, the chemical plant, the fruits and vegetables warehouse, the eggs warehouse, the guesthouse, the hotel, the supermarket, the hospital, the blood bank, the army, the test chamber and so on. The cold storage mainly serves as to food, the dairy products, the meats, the aquatic product, the feather, the fruits and vegetables, the cold drink, the flowers and plants, plants, the tea, the drugs, the industrial chemicals, the electronic instrument instrument and so on constant temperature to store green. The cold storage systems design has become the work which we must do. PLC is take the microprocessor as the foundation general industrial control installment, has the extremely high reliability and the flexibility by the PLC controls system. Germany Siemens produces S7 series S7-200 small PLC function, the volume is small, the reliability is high, the performance price is also very higher. Therefore this design uses Simens S7-200 PLC to control the cold storage system. The PLC controls controlled plants mainly have the refrigeration compressor, the air conditioner forced draft fan, the heating melt frost and so on. The control content is mainly they start, the engine off in what kind of situation, including under the normal start, the engine off and the abnormal condition urgent engine off, establishes these controlled plant to start, engine offs environment parameter.
