攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） 某医院污水处理厂设计 学生姓名： 池 建 学生学号： 200810903002 院（系）： 生物与化学工程学院 年级专业： 08环境工程 指导教师： 安 昀 讲 师 助理指导教师： 二〇一二年五月 摘 要 对2500张病床医院污水采用水解酸化+CASS工艺进行处理，通过废水的厌氧与氧化反应，利用水中微生物的新陈代谢作用，降解水中有机污染物，达到净化水质、消除污染的目的。 本污水处理工程主要采用“水解酸化池+CASS池+接触消毒池”的处理工艺。医院污水经格栅去除水中大的悬浮物和漂浮物进入调节池，均化水质水量，经泵提升后，进入水解酸化池，以减小有机物分子量，产生不完全氧化的产物，有利于后续的好氧段处理。污水进一步流入CASS池，经曝气阶段、沉淀阶段、滗水阶段、闲置阶段使COD、BOD5、SS、氨氮、磷酸盐等水质指标均可达《综合污水排放标准》（GB8978—1996）。污水进而流入消毒间经二氧化氯消毒后粪大肠杆菌指标达到排放标准。水解酸化池和CASS池内污泥汇聚到集泥池，并经污泥浓缩池减小污泥体积，最后经污泥脱水间脱水完成处理。 关键词 医院污水，水解酸化池，CASS工艺，二氧化氯消毒  ABSTRACT Use the biology hydrolytic acidification + CASS craft to the hospital waste water of 2500 beds to carry on processing , through the waste water anaerobic and oxidation response, in the use water microorganism metabolism function, degrades in the water the organic pollutant, achieves the purification water quality, the elimination pollution goal. The sewage treatment works mainly adopts hydrolysis acidification pool + CASS pool + contact disinfection pool treatment process. Hospital sewage by the grid removal of large suspended matter and floats into the regulation pool, all of the water, the pump lifting, into the hydrolytic acidification tank, in order to reduce the molecular weight of organic material, produce incomplete oxidation product, is in favor of subsequent aerobic treatment. Sewage further into the CASS pool, aeration, sedimentation stage by stage, water decanting stage, idle stage, BOD5, SS COD, ammonia nitrogen, phosphate and other water quality indicators are up to integrated wastewater discharge standard ( GB8978 - 1996). Wastewater disinfection by chlorine dioxide disinfection and flows after fecal coliform index reach the discharge standard. Hydrolysis acidification pool and CASS tank sludge together to set a mud pool, and the sludge thickening tank to reduce the sludge volume, and finally through the sludge dewatering dewatering finished processing.
