When the image is in vision, turn the fine focusing knob to make it in focus. Scan the slide with the thruster. Repeat above manipulations if the distance between the lens and the specimen is more than 6.5mm. (2) The Usage of The High-Multiple Objective Lens Before use the high- multiple objective lens, you must find the distinct image under low-multiple, move the target to the midpoint of the vision, and make it in focus.
